Hubungan Ketergantungan Rokok Elektrik, Kualitas Tidur, dan Tingkat Stres dengan Status Gizi pada Mahasiswa Pengguna Rokok

Penggunaan rokok elektrik pada usia dewasa muda semakin meningkat dan berpotensi memengaruhi kondisi kesehatan, termasuk kualitas tidur, tingkat stres, serta status gizi. Namun, hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan ketergantungan rokok elektrik dengan status gizi masih menunjukkan hasil yang beragam sehingga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan ketergantungan rokok elektrik, kualitas tidur, dan tingkat stres dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain correlational survey. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 mahasiswa pengguna rokok elektrik berusia 19–25 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Ketergantungan rokok elektrik diukur menggunakan Penn State Electronic Cigarette Dependence Index (PSECDI), kualitas tidur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), tingkat stres menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), sedangkan status gizi ditentukan berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kualitas tidur berhubungan signifikan dengan status gizi (p=0,024). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara ketergantungan rokok elektrik (p=0,709) maupun tingkat stres (p=0,567) dengan status gizi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini kualitas tidur berhubungan dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa, sedangkan ketergantungan rokok elektrik dan tingkat stres tidak berhubungan dengan status gizi
